Timing the market doesn’t work, so think about your own situation instead.

When is this strong market going to end? Is it going to crash? Why is the market so hard for first-time homebuyers? We get questions like these every day, and we wish we could give concrete answers. We simply can’t tell you when the best time to buy or sell is because it’s a personal decision. No one has ever been able to predict the market, and today is no different. If you can’t time the market, what can you do?

As always, we recommend you buy or sell when it’s best for you. You shouldn’t sell just because the market is strong, and you don’t have to buy just because interest rates are low. We suggest you sit down and talk through all your concerns. After going over all your wants and needs, you should have a better idea if now is the best time to make a move.

It is a great time to be a seller, but it can be challenging for buyers. However, both our buyers and sellers have had a lot of luck after we sat down with them and formulated a plan to get them a home in our competitive market.

“After going over your wants and needs, you should if it’s time to make a move.”

We have a 10-step process we go over with our buyers to help them stand out from the competition. We also sit down with our sellers and discuss what selling now would mean for them and what to expect during the process.

If you’re a buyer, we’d love to go over our homebuyer book and get you that much closer to your dream home. If you’re a seller, we can help you formulate a plan to sell and move into a new home. If you’re not looking to buy or sell but know someone who is, we’d love to help them out.

Finally, if you’re looking to move to another state, we have vetted plenty of agents in other states, and we would love to refer you to one. Feel free to call or email us if you have any questions. We look forward to hearing from you.
