2. Holiday decorations make a home inviting. There’s nothing better than a home dressed up for magic. This helps buyers envision what their future could look like in the home.
3. You can get a tax advantage. Sometimes you can get a tax advantage by selling your property before the end of the year. Talk with your tax consultant to see if this applies to your situation.
